Sallie Krawchek is a talented individual, but the fact is that Merrill employs strong-armed legal tactics to block ANY criticism of Sallie (even when justified) to the brokers there. It’s not hard to look flawless when relevant information is blocked or censored by your employer. Merrill works VERY hard to block and prevent communications from recruiters to their advisors. Maybe that is the real reason the author has found it difficult to recruit out of the thundering herd. I haven’t found Sallie’s alleged skills to be any deterrent at all.

Didn’t Sallie “leave” BofAmerrilllynch in Sept 2011? This reads like she is still there.
